    Inauguration of the first preclinical prototype of the SPCCT at CERMEP

    This first prototype has a small field of view allowing CT imaging on phantoms and small animals. The following activities were performed : preclinical development of the method, evaluation of the relative sensitivity and specificity of SPCCT contrast agents, screening and tests on the newly developed specifics contrast agents, technological development in terms of detector calibration and first steps in image post-processing.

    H2020 Project

    H2020 project has funded the collaboration around SPCCT with 6.4 millions between 2016 and 2019.

    Inauguration of the SPCCT with large FOV at CERMEP

    This new clinical scanner prototype has a large field of view and it is now being used for research purposes in humans.

    Les étoiles de l’Europe

    The Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science has created the honorary award called "Les étoiles de l'Europe", the first edition of which was held in late 2013. This prize promotes the research teams that have chosen Europe to develop their project. The SPCCT project led by Philippe Douek earned the Innovation Award.
